A Broader Mission
At SOM, we believe security begins with stability—and nothing is more stabilizing than a safe place to call home. That’s why we are proud to support The Tiny Homes Foundation, a nonprofit founded by Bobby Robles—U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret in Civil Affairs, veteran, and entrepreneur—who once faced homelessness himself.

As a Civil Affairs Green Beret, Bobby’s mission was to help rebuild and stabilize communities in conflict zones, often in the aftermath of war. He worked alongside families who had lost everything—restoring infrastructure, creating safe spaces, and bringing hope where it had been taken away. That experience shaped his heart for service and instilled a deep belief: when you strengthen families, you strengthen entire communities.
Today, Bobby has transformed that mission of rebuilding war-torn villages into a mission of building tiny homes for underserved families in Oklahoma. His work continues the same legacy of service—helping people in times of crisis find stability, dignity, and a path forward.
